Cornerstone is the completion of a
lifelong dream of both Fred and Karen Sarver. It was established in 2008
with the purpose of providing the very best in reproductive services and horse
care available.

CH HARLEM TOWN 1986-2014 HARLEM GLOBETROTTER x CH TOWN DANCE
CH Harlem Town, who was owned by Tim and Joan O’Brien, gave his owners a great source of
pride and pleasure. His accomplishments in the show ring are legendary.
He was a World’s Champion in both Fine Harness and 3- Gaited Divisions,
but is best known for the Championships won with David Rudder in the
Amateur 3-Gaited Division. However, his greatest tribute was his
offspring. Among his get were: CH Ninety-Eight Degrees, CH
Brookhill’s King Of Kool, CH Harlem Santa Fe, CH She’s My Desire BH, CH
Kool Time BH, CH Harlem’s Town Scandal, WC Major Buck, WC Samantha
Jones, WC Mirror Me, andWC Harlem’s Friendly Conversation. He was buried
at Cornerstone next to his stablemate, I’m A New Yorker.
CH I'm A New Yorker 1980-2012
I'm A New Yorker passed at the age of 32. He will be sadly missed by his owners,
George and Linda Nash of Harrrodsburg, KY and his family of friends at
Cornerstone, Carlisle, KY. Fred Sarver managed him for the last 16
years of his life and at his peak was breeding more than 100 mares per
year.
